Who we are
We pride ourselves in offering the most-tailored experiences led by the most experienced meditation teachers.
Our team is led by the wife and husband team of Adreanna Limbach and Lodro Rinzler, who boast a collective 36 years of meditation teaching experience. Adreanna’s meditation book, Tea and Cake with Demons, has been praised by Oprah while a number of Lodro’s books have won awards, including The Buddha Walks into the Office.
They reside in the Hudson Valley of New York and have taught at companies such as LVMH, CNN, Etsy, Google, ABC News, MoMA, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Blackrock, FOX, Google, Etsy and more.
